Refund Policy
Speed Post provides shipping aggregation and courier booking services. Once a shipment has been booked and confirmed with the courier partner, the service is considered fulfilled.
As a result, refunds are generally not provided after a shipment booking has been confirmed.
Refunds may only be considered in the following situations:
- If a booking is cancelled before the courier pickup is confirmed
- If a duplicate payment was made due to a technical issue
- If a booking fails and no shipment is processed
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Cancellation Policy
Shipment bookings may only be cancelled before the courier pickup is confirmed. Once the courier partner has accepted the shipment and pickup is scheduled, cancellations are no longer possible.
Returns
As Speed Post provides shipping services and does not sell physical products, returns are not applicable.
